There's comedy in it too — a wildly optimistic city couple who saw one flattering photo online and now can't explain the sounds coming from the walls to their skeptical new neighbors. Or go quiet and strange: the buyer insists nothing be changed, not one nail moved, and slowly the block realizes the house was never really empty at all.
