Ingredients

  • 2 squares from a lindt bar of your choice (70%)
  • another square from a milk chocolate lindt bar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • hot foamy milk

Method

  1. Melt them together.
  2. Mix in an egg yolk.
  3. Add hot foamy milk, mix it all together.

Notes

  • I used lindt bars because they already have the perfect balance of sweetness.
