About these puzzles
These change every morning. Five fresh printables a day — today’s whole pack, today’s word search, today’s crossword, today’s anagram puzzle and today’s logic puzzle. Every one of them comes with its answers.
Each button opens the sheets already typeset large, with a Print button on the page. If you would rather keep the file than print it now, press Print and choose Save as PDF where the print box asks where to send it.
Paper is often the easier option. These print large on ordinary paper, and the answer key comes with them so you can help without leaving the table.
On a tablet, the same puzzles open in big type with no setup. Nothing here needs an account, and nothing is lost by closing it.
If you are looking after someone, you are probably looking for something to do together this afternoon that will not be frustrating. That is a practical question, so here is a practical answer, with no claims attached to it.
We are not going to tell you what puzzles do for anybody. We can only tell you what these ones are: large, plain, quiet, and impossible to fail. There is no score to lose, no opponent, no level that locks, and nothing that ends because time ran out. If a page stops being enjoyable, closing it costs nothing — nothing was saved and nothing was owed.
Print them if a screen is difficult. Open them on a tablet if a pen is difficult. Both are free, and neither one asks who anybody is.
What this is, in plain words

Common questions
Which of these is the simplest to start with?
A word search, usually. There is nothing to know and nothing to remember between one moment and the next — the words to find are listed on the page, in large type, the whole time. A crossword asks more of short-term memory, because a clue has to be held in mind while the squares are filled.
Can it be done together?
Yes, and it often works better that way. One person reads the word list aloud while the other scans, or you take alternate clues. Nothing in the puzzle assumes a single player, and nothing has to be handed over in turns.
What happens if it is left unfinished?
Nothing at all. There is no penalty, no streak broken and no message about it later. A printed sheet can sit on the table for a week; a page on screen can simply be closed.
Is it safe to leave someone on the site on their own?
