Draw and guess game
A draw and guess game is a game in which one player sketches a secret word or phrase without speaking, and the other players race to guess it.
Pictionary, first sold in the 1980s, made the format famous, and the idea is older than that, since people have drawn clues for each other for as long as there have been pencils. Scoring usually rewards guessing quickly, and the drawer earns points when others get it, which encourages clear drawings over clever ones.
Phones changed how it works. The drawer sketches with a finger, the strokes appear on a shared screen, and guessers type their answers instead of shouting them, so a loud room does not drown anyone out. Online games such as Skribbl.io and several party packs work this way.
Boss Draw is Bossfeed's version. One player draws on their phone, the TV is the canvas, and the others type guesses. Hints appear in the second half of the clock, and the game plays in ten languages, including English, Spanish, French and Chinese.
Boss Draw - draw the secret word with your finger while the room guesses, 2 to 8 players.
